Keith at KB Appliance Repair was great, once again! After initially phoning, he came by quickly, diagnosed a dishwasher issue with analytical reasoning and an iterative breakdown of symptoms. He discussed with me the entire time his reasoning and logic, and finally ordered parts based on his assessment and my agreement. He returned to install the parts during the day and time he originally stated, and did a thorough test of the dishwasher afterwards. No problems since. His costs were low, his professionalism and friendliness refreshing, and I would absolutely recommend Keith for any and all of your applicance repair and diagnoses. I am based in Billingshurst West Sussex so thought possibly Keith wouldn't come that far, however he does come as far as here! I cant fault the 5*service from Keith. He came to repair a leak coming from our Integrated fridge. Did the online form providing all the info at my convenience which was nice instead of trying to remember whilst your working to organise that call up to get the job done. Keith called the next day to book the job in. Arrived on time with a call up before hand to say will be there in 25 mins. Explained the issue and fixed it. He went above and beyond including offering to help put the food back in the fridge and also in passing i mentioned a programming issue with my dishwasher...Keith offered to take a quick look, checked the manual and managed to fix it so rhe airdry element of the programme now works again.. yay!! Excellent service as usual. The engineer has provided a way to send him a recording of the fault if applicable and on this occasion he arrived prepared with the required part ready to fit. This means just one day that I needed to wait in. I was given a window of time a week prior and then a phone call half an hour before to confirm that he was on his way. Finally the record keeping is good. The engineer emails a report and it has been useful to look back to see what work has been done and when. A local business and a good one to support. Omgosh thank goodness we were sent an amazing repair man for my washing machine. Extremely efficient and polite,moreover he knew his job. Went through a thorough process of elimination,nice and methodically,and promptly. And after a few standard checks and no luck ,I was expecting to be told a later date for whatever reasons. But not this man. Doesn't like to be beaten, very tenacious and knowledgeable. My machine is working beautifully once more. All done within 30mins and not a bit of mess .I would definitely use this man again,and highly recommend. Thanks Keith ~ lisa c

Jack and the team are fantastic! My machine puffed a bit of smoke out after a wash and they identified an issue with the seal, tried to fix it, and when they couldn't, ordered the part and had it repaired in a few days, meaning my washing didn't pile up! Jack is kind, polite, respectful, and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend and will for sure be my first call if any of my other appliances start playing up. I'm not worried about anything breaking anymore, because I know that Jack and Keith are there to get things sorted for me quickly and without fuss. ~ Alatriel

From first contacting Keith to having the issue with our grill resolved, all within a 48 hour window, Keith was nothing but helpful. We had originally planned in for the replacement grill part to be fitted in a weeks time but Keith phoned to say that he had a cancellation and if convenient he could fit us in much earlier than planned. When Keith arrived he was very professional and explained everything thoroughly so that we understood what caused our grill to stop working. I originally got Howdens to arrange a visit from their national warranty repair company which wasn't the success I had expected. After a call to Howdens, they put me in touch with Keith at KB Appliance Repair who came out on the Saturday morning and assessed what hat gone wrong. He quickly identified what the problem was and arranged a replacement dishwasher under warranty from Howdens. Today he swapped them over and we now have a dishwasher again! Excellent service, Engineer advised 2 hr time slot for following day 24 hrs before, and next message saying he would arrive at 8am , he did arrive on time, very professional, did a full service of my washing machine to ensure in working order. Reduced his £80 charge out fee to £50 due to no major repairs required & sent through a full report advising me what he had done, tips to ensure I maintain correctly and all with a 3 month guarantee. The service from Keith was perfect. I was just about ready to buy a new dishwasher when I called him and booked a call out. The customer service from KB Appliance Repair was fantastic, appointment set up was very easy and quick. Keith pretty much knew what the issue might be just from talking to me over the phone. Within 30-40 mins of him attending, the issue was solved with no cost for parts needed and also no hidden or 'embellished' costs. Just the call out to pay and it saved me £200! 1st class service from KB appliance repair. I went online to fill out their request form on Sunday evening and by first thing Monday morning, Keith had got back to me and an appointment day was booked in. I did not have to wait very long for the appointment and all along the way the communication was excellent. On the day Keith quickly diagnosed and solved the problem. Jack from KB Appliance Repair was absolutely fantastic! He called to give us and ETA, treated our property with respect and completed the work efficiently and accurately. Even though the dishwasher was beyond repair, Jack explained the issue clearly which was reassuring. He was also kind enough to drop the cost of the call-out as a result of there being no repair carried out. We were also thrilled that he took the time to quickly fix the seal on our oven. I arranged a repair to my bosch washing machine, KB appliance Repair were assigned the job, I was notified of the approximate ETA by Jack the guy who came to repair. Jack was very polite, he explained in detail what the issue was and repaired the machine and run full testing, he also did a detailed health check of the appliance and gave me details of his findings. Keith was brilliant, we had a problem with a tumble dryer. Communication was great, booking system and comms very clear and easy to use. Tumble dryer was fixed and Keith went the extra mile for us to complete that and give us good service. We had a hiccup which turned out to a very simple fix. Keith returned promptly and sorted it out without fuss. Overall I found him to be a great guy, very helpful and good value for money. Keith came to check the fitting of a new NEFF hob and guided me through what he intended to do to ensure it was fitted correctly and safely. I found his booking procedure easy to follow and the work was done professionally, leaving me feeling totally satisfied when he left. Absolutely brilliant, first class service from Keith. I purchased a Miele washing machine 3 years ago (BIG MISTAKE, HUGE) The price Miele wanted to charge for call out I could have purchased a new washing machine. I rang Keith he came out immediately, diagnosed the fault and ordered the part. All the time letting me know what was happening. I can not thank Keith enough he is reliable and straightforward. Keith phoned us this morning to say he would be 20 mins. He was very polite and professional. Straight away he knew what was wrong with the freezer, he repaired it with a new part.Also he showed us the work he carried out on his iPad which was reassuring.
